Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Server Hosting
Known simply as CS:GO, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a sequel to the original Counter-Strike, featuring revamped versions of classic maps and game mods. The game is available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Linux, and Mac OS X. It runs on Valve’s Source engine, which is known for its low system requirements and excellent optimization.
Just like in the original game, players play either as the Terrorists or the Counter Terrorists. The main objective of the Terrorists is to plant a bomb at a specific location, and the main objective of the Counter Terrorists is to prevent the Terrorists from doing so. CS:GO features six gameplay modes, including Competitive, Casual, Arms Race, Demolition, Deathmatch, and Weapons Course. The developers added a range of new weapons, such as the Zeus taser and the Molotov firebomb.
Players can now also purchase various weapon skins for real money. These skins have no effect on the gameplay. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is currently one of the most popular competitive games, with price pools often exceeding $100,000. The first Major tournament, which took place in 2013, has a prize pool of $250,000.
